By downloading or using Traceva ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Berker Berberoğlu grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You may use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the App to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Intellectual Property
The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Berker Berberoğlu and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Camera and Photo Access
The App requires access to your camera and photo library to function. You are solely responsible for the content of the images you use within the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berker Berberoğlu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Kullanım Koşulları

Traceva'yı ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
Lisans
Berker Berberoğlu, bu Koşullar çerçevesinde uygulamayı kişisel veya profesyonel amaçlarla kullanmanız için size münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve iptal edilebilir bir lisans vermektedir.
Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlar için kullanabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı, telif hakkıyla korunan materyalleri uygun yetki almaksızın çoğaltmak, dağıtmak veya türev eserler oluşturmak amacıyla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama ve tüm içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevleri Berker Berberoğlu'na aittir ve geçerli fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.
Kamera ve Fotoğraf Erişimi
Uygulamanın çalışabilmesi için kameranıza ve fotoğraf kitaplığınıza erişim gerekmektedir. Uygulama içinde kullandığınız görsellerin içeriğinden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuzdur.
Garanti Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır ve herhangi bir garanti verilmemektedir. Uygulamanın hatasız, kesintisiz çalışacağını veya özel gereksinimlerinizi karşılayacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Berker Berberoğlu, uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Koşullardaki Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Geçerli Hukuk
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı hükümlerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
